To be accepted for inclusion into the Hosted Airline Program, you must work directly for an airline or operator. This program entitles you to a 2 Day All Access Conference Pass, Exhibition Access, and Catering for both days (lunches and drinks).

As part of the Hosted Airline Program, you may also be entitled to a complimentary 2-night hotel stay at the 5-star event headquarters. Please note that the offer of accommodation will be allotted on a “first come, first served” basis and spaces are limited to 150 individuals. As this program fills up quite quickly, please ensure that you register early. Please be aware that we will also hold a waiting list in case of cancellations. FREE LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS – All airline personnel will receive complimentary lunch and refreshments within the exhibition hall during the two day symposium.

**Terms and Conditions: To be eligible for complimentary admission and accommodation, you MUST use a valid company/corporate email address and be employed by an airline/operator in a relevant senior management position. The organisers may use discretion to include/exclude alternative positions, and complimentary admission may be granted without accommodation.
